Our Stories: How to create an Our stories card

1. Card title: This is the headline of the actual case study you promote. Shorten it to be displayed nicely.

2. Company name: The name of the company - Shorten it in a meaningful way, if required.

3. Main Image: The Image of your case study will be shown at the top. It will be the eyecatcher of your card.

4. Story Page: Link to a webpage to which you may refer here. If you add a Story page, the page will open by click on the card.

5. (YouTube)-Videos can visualize your content. If you add a video, but there is no Story Page, the video will open by click on the card. The video will open either as a modal or in a new tab, depending on how you created the video teaser in Contentstack.

6. A reference document to which you may refer in your Card. Depending on the languages of the document, you can choose the language of the document bevor clicking on the download button.

7. The Cross-Content Categorization at the bottom of the card, will be used for the filter option on the Our-Stories-Wegpage.
   Always choose a product-category, e.g. Robots.

8. The release date is required for publishing. If you plan to publish the card later, you can add the planned date there and come back later for publishing it.
   The system will NOT publish it automatically at the chosen date!!

9. To show a red “NEW” next to the name, you can check this field. This cards attract attention and immediately catch the users eye.
   The card will have this tag for the next 6 Months, from the last time the story was published!

2. Localize a card

You can localize the following items only:

1. Card Title: The headline of the actual case study you promote

8. Release date: Keep the original release date or choose the one of your localization.

9. Activate New indicator: The card will have this tag for the next 6 Months, from the last time the story was published!
