2: Local GDPR (additional for all contact forms)
If you require additional local GDPR confirmations which are applicable for all local website forms, will be handled you can add them as “Local confirmations” in 2: Create a Contact Form - Contact Form Settings - GDPR. They will be added to the default setting as described in 1:

Scroll down to Local confirmations, Open the “Instance(s)”

Choose Confirmation type

Radio button
Choose “Required”, if the local GDPR instance is mandatory to be accepted before the user can submit the form.
If you chose “Radio button” you need to define the text next to the buttons, e.g. “I agree”, “I don’t agree”.

Some website contact forms may require additional local GDPR or privacy notification or acceptance for dedicated purposes, e.g. . For example, if you invite to an event which you manage together with a third party with whom you share data.

Create a “New Entry”
Choose an Internal Name which makes it easy for you to identify it, e.g. Third Party XYZ
Add a group entry to “Local confirmations”. Follow the steps listed in 2: above
