You can find and edit contacts in two easy ways. First via the advanced search like showed in this article /wiki/spaces/MEFAUM/pages/2799468545 or directly through the page.

These are the fields.

Contact Title → The title which will be displayed at the top of the “business card”
Contact Sub-Title → (optional) A short descriptive text which will be displayed below the title
URL → displayed in the bottom section of the “business card” and can be also used to link the Contact Title to the contact’s website by checking the checkbox below the URL field
Postal address - Fax → provide in here the physical address if it should appear in the website and all contact data that should be published
Contact Notes → A descriptive text about the contact; will be displayed above the contact data
Notes → A second descriptive text; will be displayed below the contact data.
